I enjoyed how easy it was to stroll around the nearby attractions like the Colorado River Museum, which is just over 2 km away, and Malows Jet Ski Rental, less than 600 meters from the hotel, plus there were great dining spots like Wild Style Burgers & Pizza just a short walk away at 400 meters, making it simple to grab a bite after exploring; the hotel itself had a nice range of accommodations and friendly staff but could improve on overall cleanliness and maintenance.

The room cleanliness was commendable, save for the shower tile grout. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, which is crucial. Staff interactions ranged from friendly to lacking initiative. I appreciated the efficient check-in and check-out process. long wait times at restaurants are concerning, especially during peak season. Many amenities felt outdated; a refrigerator and USB ports are basics that should be standard. The smoking odor permeated the air nightly, despite numerous complaints. maintenance issues with the shower were frustrating and prolonged. Despite the enjoyable gambling experience, these setbacks overshadowed my stay. Cleanliness is key, and addressing these concerns would elevate the experience significantly.

The pool area is a total paradise! I absolutely love how close the elevator is to the parking garage, talk about convenience!

The pool and hot tub were pure bliss! I loved the laid-back vibe, much nicer than the hustle of Vegas. With tons of dining and gaming options, we didn’t need to leave at all!

The kids had a blast exploring the indoor theme park. We enjoyed tasty snacks from the walk-up kiosks while relaxing at the pool.
It was a bit pricy, but worth it for the memories we made.

The room was filthy, with leftover trash everywhere, and the toilet didn’t even flush properly. It felt like nobody had bothered to clean it at all—definitely not what I expected!

Property is nice, we've stayed before. Front desk ladies are always really nice as well. The room was super clean, had a nice view.
Their website needs updating. Disappointed that the pizza restaurant listed as open was actually closed.

The room was decent, and I loved the pool area – a nice getaway for relaxation. The beds were comfortable, and I slept well. getting a blanket for my sister was troublesome; some staff tried to charge her $45. We informed the front desk on our way out. An email receipt promised never arrived. The casino was fun, and the 80s band got everyone dancing. I’d recommend improvements in transparency and service; it can feel off at times. Definitely room for growth!

Our family had a blast exploring the 53000 square feet of gaming excitement with over 1200 slot machines, table games like Blackjack, Roulette, and Craps, and even Texas Hold'em poker. The American Heroes Pavilion Theater offered top-notch entertainment, adding to our unforgettable stay. we enjoyed thrilling water adventures like kayaking and water skiing nearby.
My kids wished for more kid-friendly dining options.

The bathroom featured a bathtub with a shower, but it felt dated. A night light added a nice touch. We played so many slot machines and poker games; it was lit! The theater was also dope, we caught an awesome performance! Plus, the water sports nearby were sick, we had a blast kayaking and water skiing!
Yo, all we needed was a banging nightclub within the resort for some lit parties! .

The room was comfortable, with a nice bed, and the view from the new room was enjoyable. Terri at the pool bar was friendly and kept our drinks full. Christian at the burger restaurant provided excellent service.
There were issues with accessibility, as the ramps were difficult to navigate for some guests. The phone system caused confusion and unexpected charges.

My recent stay at the Tropicana was a mix of ups and downs. I found the room to be spacious and clean, which was a huge plus. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a bathtub with a shower, a nice touch for relaxation. I also appreciated the option of black out blinds for a good night's sleep. The temperature in the room was perfect, and the night light in the bathroom was a thoughtful addition. there were some notable drawbacks as well. The sink in the room was clogged upon arrival, and we were left without towels. Despite reaching out to reception multiple times for assistance, we faced long waiting times and unresponsive staff. The service overall was slow and disappointing, with delays in getting basic necessities sorted out. The cleanliness of the hotel room was also a major issue, with dirty linens, dusty furniture, and even blood and urine stains in the bathroom. The lack of prompt response from management only added to the frustration. In terms of amenities, the hotel fell short in various aspects. The restaurants were not fully operational, the service was lackluster, and the free Wi-Fi was unreliable, constantly buffering during use. As for in-room facilities, there was no mention of tea and coffee facilities, garden furniture, or complimentary toiletries, which could have enhanced the overall experience. The lack of attention to housekeeping details, like a stained toilet and dusty room, left much to be desired. while there were some positives to my stay at the Tropicana, such as the comfortable bed and cleanliness of the room, the numerous issues with service, cleanliness, and amenities overshadowed the experience.

hey friends - i recently stayed at tropicana, and it was a decent spot for the price. the location was awesome - super close to everything you'd expect at a casino. the hot dog and ice cream service was top-notch, and the place was clean. also, got some great local insights. would definitely recommend!

Staying here felt like being in a fancy movie. I indulged in delicious Italian food at Passaggio and enjoyed the gigantic poolside TV. Free Wi-Fi was a bonus.
I definitely loved dragging my bags without a working elevator, such a workout! .

As foreign tourists visiting Laughlin, we had a memorable stay at a charming resort that took us back to the 90's. Despite the aged property, the Tropicana had a dedicated and friendly staff who made us feel welcome. The cleanliness of the facilities was commendable, and the small updates showed their commitment to maintaining a pleasant environment. With free Wi-Fi, an outdoor heated swimming pool, and easy parking, the amenities provided added convenience to our stay.
